The weather may not have been a bad as was forecast but with the organisers pressed on with the Manx Style championships at Shenharra yesterday. The field used was changed to one nearer the yard and 4 hardly teams set out to claim the title.

Judges for the day were #Alan_Radcliffe and #Colin_Duggan and once the marks were added up it was #Billy_Cormode who won, just two point ahead of #Gordon_Clague, with #David_Corlett in third.

#Nicola_Rawnsley was the winner in the horse class.

The prize presentation will take place at the Tynwald Inn, St John on Thursday 11th February, with pie and chips being served from 7:30pm. The cost is £6 and if you want food, please contact Lennie Kerruish before Wednesday lunchtime.

Margaret Dodd skilfully used the hedges to shelter from the elements and now the photos have dried out, they’re available to view.
