23 Jan 2010 - Cronk-y-Voddy ploughing match
There was a good turnout of ploughmen, both local and from overseas at this years match, held at Ballakilmurray, by kind permission of Willie and Booby Killey.
This years line up included 2 ploughmen from Northern Ireland as well as the locals all ploughing for the best butt on the field.

Philip Caley, John Callow, Leslie Halsall and Billy Cleeland were the judges, with the class winners being:
World style - Sam Clague
Manx style - Billy Cormode
Vintage ploughing - Alan Radcliffe
Horses ploughing - Bertie Faulkner
The best bye on the field went to Billy Cormode and the best clash to Bertie Faulkner.
